Explore items and situations that may be easy to overlook in a young person's environment.

Look beyond appearances

Consider how ordinary objects, changes, or behaviors may warrant a closer and calmer conversation.

Respond supportively

Practice ways to begin honest conversations without accusation, panic, or judgment.

The experience

    Welcome and orientation

    Participants receive context, expectations, and guidance for exploring the learning environment.

    Rotating learning sessions

    Facilitators guide small groups through focused topics, signs, and real-life considerations.

    Questions and discussion

    The group reviews observations, discusses supportive responses, and identifies trusted resources.

  4. 04

    Optional individual conversation

    When available, participants may speak privately with a presenter or resource professional.
